No returns, no refunds. Once an order is purchased, products cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Please read the product details carefully before you order.
These terms apply to every order placed with Flora Vibe Perfume through this website, WhatsApp or phone. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Our products: apparel perfume
- All Flora Vibe fragrances are apparel perfumes, made to be sprayed on clothing and fabric.
- Spray from about 15–20 cm away. Test first on a hidden part of the garment, as some delicate, light-coloured or silk fabrics may mark.
- Fragrance names such as "Inspired by (…)" describe the scent style only. Flora Vibe has no affiliation with any brand named.
- How a fragrance smells and how long it lasts depends on the fabric, weather and the person. These differences are not defects.
- Bottle images on this website are illustrations only. They were created to present each fragrance and do not show the actual product. The bottle, cap, label, packaging and colour of the product delivered to you are different. Differences between the images and the product delivered are not grounds for return or refund.
2. Orders and payment
- Orders are placed by sending your order to us on WhatsApp at +91 74350 11321.
- We accept prepaid orders only. The full bill amount, including GST and delivery charges, must be paid before your order is dispatched. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- An order is confirmed only after we confirm it on WhatsApp and full payment is received. Orders that are not paid are not processed.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error. If we cancel, any amount you have paid is refunded in full.
- Once confirmed, an order cannot be cancelled or changed by the customer.
3. Prices, GST and offers
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclude GST and delivery charges.
- 18% GST is added on the products: CGST 9% + SGST 9% for addresses in Gujarat, IGST 18% for addresses in other states and union territories. The state is taken from your delivery PIN code.
- Prices may change without notice. The price confirmed on WhatsApp for your order is final.
- The 25% off offer applies only to the selected 20 ml Pack of 2 (Victory Pulse + Azure Ember) and cannot be combined with other offers. Premium editions are not part of any combo offer.
4. Delivery
- Delivery is ₹150 per order within Gujarat and ₹300 per order to all other states and union territories. It is added to your bill automatically from your delivery PIN code, and we share the final bill on WhatsApp before you pay.
- Delivery times are estimates shared on WhatsApp. Delays caused by couriers, weather or other events beyond our control are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
- Please give a complete and correct address and mobile number. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address or because no one accepted it, re-delivery is charged again.
- Responsibility for the parcel passes to you once it is delivered to the address you gave.
5. No return, no refund, no exchange
- Perfume is a personal-use product. For hygiene and safety reasons, products are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable once purchased, whether opened or unopened.
- Not liking a fragrance, or a fragrance lasting less than expected, is not a reason for return or refund. Try a 10 ml sample first where one is available.
- The only exception: if your parcel arrives damaged, leaking or with the wrong product, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with a complete, uncut unboxing video. After checking, we will send a replacement of the same product. This is a replacement only, not a refund.
6. Safe use
- For external use on fabric only. Do not swallow.
- Flammable: keep away from fire, flame and heat. Do not spray near a lit flame.
- Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, stop using the product.
- Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
7. Your information
We use your name, mobile number and address only to process and deliver your order, and share them only with the courier delivering it. We do not sell your information.
8. Brand and content
Flora Vibe Perfume® is a registered trademark. The Flora Vibe name, logo, artwork, photographs and website content belong to Flora Vibe Perfume and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for allergic reactions, fabric marks or misuse of the product contrary to these terms.
10. Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat. We may update these terms at any time; the version shown here when you order applies to your order.
